Contact your broker to notify them of the incident. Your broker’s details will be available on your policy schedule.
You can either download the claim forms from our website (on the right) or request same from your broker.
The forms are to be submitted to your broker with supporting documents. Your broker will then submit your claim forms to Renasa and the claim will be processed.
